Bob Dole has some good advice for Barack Obama.
In The Washington Post this morning, Dole writes: "Obama's approval numbers would jump 10 points if Americans knew he was fully in charge." That's surely true.
And, of course, if Obama proposed a popular plan--a Serious Medicine Strategy, that would defeat a disease that people fear and want to see cured--his approval numbers would jump 20 points.
